How We Approach Your Matter

Every case is different, but our process is built around communication, personal involvement, and case specific advocacy.

01

Initial Review

You will consult directly with the Attorney, not a case manager. The Attorney will learn the facts, review available records, and identify the legal issues that may affect your claim or dispute.

02

Case Strategy

Your Attorney will outline potential next steps, explain likely timelines, and develop a strategy tailored to your case.

Clients deserve an attorney and a law firm that values their case. Don’t make the mistake of thinking that bigger is always better!

03

Negotiation and Filing

When appropriate, we pursue settlement discussions or prepare formal filings to protect your claim.

04

Resolution

We work toward a result that addresses your legal needs, whether through settlement, motion practice, or trial.

Frequently Asked Questions

NOTICE: These general answers are for informational purposes only and do not create an attorney-client relationship.

What types of cases do you handle?

The firm handles personal injury matters such as car accidents, bicycle accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, trip and falls, negligent security, and any other case where someone was injured or killed due to negligence.

How do I know if I have a claim?

Every injury attorney offers a free consultation. Take advantage of free legal advice by booking an appointment as soon as possible. If an attorney declines your case, don’t be afraid to get a second opinion. Again, injury consultations are usually free!

What should I bring to a consultation?

You don’t have to bring everything to the consultation. However, the more you bring with you, the less homework you will have later. You should gather and retain any documents related to the matter, including letters, e-mails, text messages, medical records, doctor or expert reports, photographs, insurance information, contracts, or court papers if available.

How long will my case take?

Usually cases can resolve in a matter of months. However, more complex cases can take up to two or three years. Many factors come into play. Often the timing of your case will depend on the complexity of the matter, the parties involved, court schedules, and willingness of the parties to resolve the matter early.

Will my case go to court?

The majority of civil cases settle before trial. However, most cases end up in litigation prior to settlement – meaning a lawsuit is usually required. Our firm’s policy is to prepare for trial from the very beginning.
